Junk food is a mocking term for the meaning of food that can be made or given in seconds with the value of nutrition. Junk food is cheap food that usually are high in sugar, calories, salt, and fat. Fast food and junk foods share a common involvement with high levels of calories from fat or sugar with petite minerals, proteins, and vitamins. In most cases, junk foods are considered to be candy, gum, fried foods, salted snack, sugary beverages,fast food and sweets. Frequently, foods with more highly processed are considered as junk food. The importance daily intake of junk food determines the level of healthy and well diet. Fast food gives the body back an insignificant amount of nutrition, making it only emit a very small part of the diet. These kinds of foods can lead to obesity and a number of hardships on a person’s health which includes the arthritis, diabetes, and heart disease. These health concerns come from the body craving junk food, as if it were a drug. Junk food is an addictive substance that is very hard for people to give up.
